I had to call and ask about 2 very obscure and specific presidents choice products, and customer service actually went and dug these things out. I ended up getting the last few in stock. But they were so polite, friendly, and happy to help. As I did not want to do a full out grocery shop, I just wanted those 2 items. But I will be shopping there next time. They have earned my respect and patronage

If I'm going to get hozed on the prices of groceries why not superstore? They have decent stuff. Don't try the big 10$ bag of chicken strips. They have good crunch but they are paper thin and the chicken is of questionable quality.

I have been going to this location since I came to Winnipeg, which is almost six months, Talking about produce, it's fresh.. I usually buy club size kiwi, oranges and grapes. They are fresh, are always good in taste for two weeks( club size kiwi and oranges).. The cashier are fast as well. Also, if you shop according to the deals available on weekly flyer, it's more cheaper and pocket friendly

Always treated great, the staff are very accommodating to my service dog.

Atlantic Superstore is superb. Super well organized and clean. Huge selection of quality products. Some great deals available too. Very good customer service. Aeastically very beautiful. Easy to locate products. Excellent experience shopping at Atlantic Superstore.

Our go to place to go shopping for almost everything. Easy to find things, fruits are great and got these tide pods for a a good deal!

OMG close your store! - if you have computer" problems

I was not impressed at all today. In fact, I am quite disappointed. I went to a staffed checkout with a cart of groceries, and the employee didn't even acknowledge me at all. No hello, didn't ask how I was paying, didn't ask if I had a points card, literally didn't say a single word to me. It was not busy during my visit, so he was not 'just trying to get through customers' quickly.Now, here's where it gets infuriating. As I was leaving through the inner set of automatic doors (into the atrium), alarms start BLARING at me. My cart wheels lock, and I am literally stuck in the middle of the doors with everyone starting at me like I am some sort of criminal(!), unable to get out of the way for other customers. To her credit, an employee (a young lady) immediately came over and apologized. She looked very frustrated herself as the 'new system' has been doing this to people ALL DAY. Even worse, she said that she was unable to unlock the cart wheels and immediately grabbed a working cart for me, and then helped me transfer all of my groceries to the new cart so I could take them to my car. The atrium was loaded(!) with locked carts.I have been a loyal customer to this Superstore for years. Honestly, I don't even know if I want to go back to this store. It was so embarrassing to have people staring at me like I was some sort of criminal when I did absolutely nothing wrong. I'm too old to be made to feel like this.

I do my groceries from superstore many times but today my experience was not really good. There were large eggs which were on bunkers with price tag 3.59 but when i go for billing they say its $8.69. They say u can go at customer service. There was one more guy in line with same issue in front of me and lady working there she gave him at 3.59 but when it was my turn there was one manager she said we can't give u and she just walks out in between the conversation without listening us that was ridiculous and really insulting. Now the thing was not about money but this rude behaviour was disgusting and not really good customer service. That was store fault for wrong price not our fault. I will post picture in which its clearly written eggs large white ea, 3.59.

They didn’t have pre sliced mangoes.It’s a basic superstore.Has a great parking lot though.Mobil has diesel which is great.It seemed a little less clean than other locations but it also has increased foot traffic.
