We had a sewage backup in our basement later in the evening. We tried numerous companies and The Family Plumbing and Heating was the only company to get back to us and showed up for emergency work at 1am. He was super nice, efficient and communication was great. He was responded quickly to any questions after he left, was able to discuss our issues with the City. 100% would use again and recommend anyone looking for plumbing and heating services.

My outdoor faucet wasn't working. After investigating, Steve and Travis discovered the problem in the faucet. They also discovered that the main water line coming into my house from the street would not close completely. This meant that if, for some reason I needed to completely shut off the water, it wouldn't be possible.They provided an upfront quote on repairing both, told me who to contact to get the main shut off through the city, the next day they came back and replaced the main water intake and outdoor faucet. They were quick, clean and respectful in my house. I will trust them for my future plumbing needs.
