Great deals throughout the store! We just wandered checking out the entryway deals and the middle of the store and found some cool gifts along with bags of ice melt, which is what we went in for.

Very happy to see you support the truckers. Great store. I have heard you were chastised by your head office for the sign. If this is true it's the first time I've heard of an independent business being told what to do. I will continue to support your store but as for Home Hardware Head Office ...I don't have anything to say that would be appropriate for this page. I will however let the people I know what kind of dictators you owners have to deal with...my regards and thank you

Seems the owners have triggered some sheep recently by showing support for a good cause. Add that to the fact I've never had anything but good experiences at Home Hardware Strathroy,; I'll definitely be back :) Seriously; those who have recently been leaving (false) negative reviews - if that somehow makes you feel like a big person, I hate to be the one to tell you, but you're a loser.

I walked in knowing what I wanted to get...fuel gel. I saw employees wondering around, several of them but none asked me if I needed help so I wandered the whole store pretty much looking for fuel gel...thinking seasonal...so I went there...but couldn't see it. So finally headed up to the cash after having no success myself finding it. The cashier asked another employee, she went to seasonal, I followed, she found them and I got what I wanted. But that was after I had to ask for assistance...I know my hometown HH they jump on you as soon as you walk in the store and are very helpful. I've never had to wander. Customer service here is lacking and could be improved since there was one other customer in there at the time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was easy to call and immediately pickup items during lockdown. They have more items in stock now, than the big box stores, though, like everyone, some things take quite a while to arrive. They are my first choice when I need hardware.
