The owner let his workers scream at me. The workers are extremely unprofessional and did not admit that they made a mistake communicating. Very upset with the store.

Been to this location many times. But don’t think I will go back. I asked for the crunchy chicken wrap Buffalo style and I asked for a gluten free wrap instead of regular wrap as I am allergic to gluten. They said to me ‘pick a different protein you can’t get it with the crunchy chicken’. When I asked why they had no answer for me and were blank faced. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t be able to accommodate gluten friendly customers with whatever protein or type of meal you get involving a wrap. Why offer the choice of gluten free and say you care about customers food intolerance when you don’t. Terrible service.

I had to explain the concept of food safety to the employee when he placed the tortilla wrap on top of the plastic tortilla bags. After I asked him not to use that one, he put it back in the bag. He assumed I wanted all the toppings. I had to stop him and tell him what I wanted. I asked for extra cheese and offers to pay for it, he said “no because there’s no button on the system to charge for extra cheese.” Ordered 2 different burritos, he labeled one. See the photo and try to figure out what he wrote on the bag. Not sure if the guy was new, or just didn’t care.

Always drove by and never tried it. Decided finally to give it a shot. The food was great. The shrimp bowl is more than enough food. Very fresh and filling.

Terribly rude customer service. I offered to help when she didn’t know how to process my payment and she hung up on me. TWICE!I’ll never order from here again.The owner is just as stupid as the associates hired. Glad I got the chance to tell them off face-to-face.

I formerly had a positive review on here but after today I have changed it. Had a burrito that was 90% rice and with all the toppings I asked for (including the guacamole that has a charge) tucked into the very bottom. The result was a bland burrito with a sudden burst of spice and guacamole at the very end. Safe to say this is my last bar burrito for a while and I will be returning to Burrito Boys.

Don’t waste your money!! When I asked for bang bang shrimp the worker rolled her eyes at me. She gave me 7 pieces and the bowl is pretty much empty!!! For almost $15 this is not worth it. They also put an extremely small sprinkle of cheese and toppings on my quesadilla. I’m so disappointed!!
