The rental I got was dirty and the breaks on the car definitely needed to be repaired. Thankfully I only had the car for 1 day. I also received an email a day before my 8am pick up telling me my car wouldn’t be ready until after 12pm, which would have been way too late for my travels. I still showed up at 9am and a car was available but like I said it was dirty

You will never get a minivan in summer , even if you have confirmation 6 months ago. All my bookings were cancelled for summer 2023 which I booked well in advance with confirmation email , reason being that headquarter is not sending any cars.

Surprisingly, always have great experience at this location vs my usual car rental experience. Nouman at the counter makes sure you leave happy! Highly recommend.

Customer service was really kind. Assistance from reservations till the return, the staff was helpful, friendly, and supportive. That agent named Nouman had good knowledge about cars. He helped me with car system queries and even assisted me on phone calls.
