Advanced Parking Howe Street - Lot #9008

I had called on phone to cancel my parking before the deadline in July 2022.I also made sure the receptionist had verified that I cancelled before the deadline so I wouldn’t need to pay for August and got charged anyways.Called 3 more times and got 2 different receptionists. One said I needed to show her an email of when we cancelled it but since we called on phone to cancel we didn’t get an email.The second one was very helpful and made 2 tickets for us to verify that we had cancelled the parking before August deadline in July.She also took off the credit card on the account so we wouldn’t be charged with the incorrect transaction. I also called again a week later and the tickets were still in process.I went to the head office to return the fob and their office was under REEF parking and not called advanced parking.There was no indication to show we returned the fob so I was very hesitant to give it to the receptionist. Nonetheless she told me they were in the process of transitioning from advanced to REEF systems and that the fob would return for account verification.Fast forward to now and somehow it says on our account we owe the month of August plus interest?They have been calling our house phone everyday last month and last week said they want to sue us apparently.Account number is: 226123Vancouver and whistler phone numbers do not exist somehow and I tried calling on 2 different phone lines.

App doesn't work with debit card. That's why I park at places that use Pay By Phone
