Staff at the clinic is kind and helpful. Specially, Rowaida doing my sessions knows what she is doing. She’s professional doing really good work also she is kind and caring. I recommend this place for laser hair removal.

I got a full year treatment and it didn't work at all. The hair on my legs still growing same amount. I let them know in my last session that I didn't see any improvement and they didn't pay much attention. I feel it was a waste of time and money.

Good prices ie Groupon, Boxing Day sales, etc however you can’t redeem as the various locations are Overbooked and no appointments available for 6 weeks.Revised: Received a telephone call from Lev who has come up with a tentative solution to the issue. Hopefully this will work and I will continue with the yearly maintenance plan.May 13, 2023 revised: I sent an email to Lev as requested, and received 2 calls and Body and Soul was not able to be accommodate a morning appointment at any of their locations. Remember folks, laser treatment every 4 to 6 weeks then you go on a bi-yearly or a yearly plan from there. Can you plan a date and time 1 year in advance?

Update: Ive used this place for years and the results are minimal. Im not going backThis is a laser spot ive been using for years now. The ladies working here have always been some of the kindest ever. They also have really good packages and discounts so you feel like youre getting a good value

Today was my 5th session at the body and soul clinic, with their beautiful technician, Dahlia. Everyone in the clinic is very professional, and I’ll give them brownie points for their hygiene practices!Dahlia has been wonderful throughout, and I’m definitely going back to book more sessions with her.After completing just 5 sessions I can see a DRASTIC difference in the hair thickness, and even the duration after which the hair grows back.My previous experience with laser scared me off (even though that was just for my face), and I had altogether abandoned my sessions. However, my experience here has been superb so far. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great first visit to this clinic for laser hair removal. The staff was very professional and helpful upon arrival. There were great social distancing procedures in place and it offered a clean, safe environment. The treatment room was also very clean. My service technician was very nice knowledgeable about the laser hair removal process - she was able to quickly answer any questions I had. Although it was only my first laser hair removal treatment, I can already see a difference in the how my hair has grown back - it is a little finer in certain areas - looking forward to my next appt to see even better results!

They burned my tattoo and rushed the whole process. I had laser done several times and nowhere was this impatient and unprofessional. I paid full for full body 8 sessions my and my first treatment I was burned and they ruined my tattoo. I asked for a refund because they did a terrible job and they would only give me a refund for that one session. Now I am stuck going to their place because I paid and they won’t refund for my other sessions. Also I have to pay to fix my tattoo
