Cassalee has been doing my hair and my mom's hair for a few years now. She does a beautiful job every time. She listens to what I want and is honest and has great suggestions when I ask for advice about style and colour. It always turns out amazing and she is 100% worth waiting for an appointment for! The rest of the staff always make us feel so welcome when we are browsing and waiting for our appointment to start. We have been visiting this location for roughly 15 years because the quality of their service is exceptional.

This location is amazing! All the ladies here have thorough product knowledge and have incredible customer service skills. Cassalee is a wonderful hair stylist and manged to give me a flattering and manageable haircut that works with my day-to-day lifestyle. I would never consider going anywhere else.

I don’t understand how this place has 4.5 stars. They might know how to do eyebrows but they have no idea how to do waxing. Pathetic experience

Great management and service at this location. Mainly go for Cassalees, the hair stylist. She’s great always cuts my hair consistently and just how I like it. I live in Toronto now, though haven’t found a consistent stylist like Cas, so I drop by this Ancaster location when visiting Hamilton.

On Sunday cass my hair at Eastgate Square location. She corrected my hair and I love it. I'm going to be going to her every month for my root touch up. I'm booking in at ancaster location for my New year's hairdo

The staff here are amazing! I went in to buy hair pieces for my daughters dance compition and they were so helpful picking out the right colour and style and so patient with us trying to find the perfect match (I was in awe of the colour selection so many to choose from) . I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be back to purchase more.

I love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded! It takes less than 15 minutes and is affordable. Very friendly and kind staff at this location, always a good experience. 10/10 would recommend!
