This is a great place to shop for footwear. The selection is very well curated. The owner is highly knowledgeable. He effortlessly helped me find the right fit while simultaneously explaining the uniqueness/quality/history of the boot he had me trying. I just bought a pair of Canada West Moorby leather boots and couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

I shop here regularly. Maybe once a year. I like supporting a local shop rather than buying online. Last time I visited, the customer service was really not there. The young lady who worked there had really zero knowledge about any of products that they are selling. She clearly displayed no willingness nor effort to help at all. She just kept giving me apathetic ‘I don’t know’ answers to all of the questions. If price is slightly higher in local shop (which I understand) with no vender’s knowledge & customer service, why do I bother shop offline? I am really underwhelmed by this experience.

I’m still not sure how they managed to deliver my shoes to Toronto so quickly! Happy I was able to find the shoes I was look for at a good price. Came in great condition with free shipping. Will happily shop at MEK again!

Been coming here for years. Best kept secret for shoes in the mile end. They always have stuff you don’t see in bigger stores and were first with so many brands like astroflex, new balance, Birkenstock, pony, gola and many others.If you see it here today. It will be in mass retailers a few years from now.

Stopped in with my wife the other day to grab some trainers for her. Sales people were super chill, friendly, and happily checked the availability of multiple shoes for her. Prices were fantastic and considerably lower than outlet stores, so we gladly bought shoes for her and socks for me. Will gladly recommend to anyone in MTL!

I went to Mile End Kicks on Parc Ave and also Mile End Kicks on St. Hubert, both stores were very clean, organized and the staff were incredible! Mile End on Parc called to check for various sizes and brands at their other store, was patient and helpful in my search. I ended up going to St. Hubert location, they called and held a shoe size there for me, and the woman was very kind and stayed open even after 6pm so I could try on the shoes. Thanks again for the excellent service!
