Everything is alright but one day i got extra charge for the same sandwich i order from them. When i asked cashier she said oh we increase the price and next time i got charge as usual.How is this possible?Im giving 2 stars for other staff members at least they are welcoming and friendly.

The good news? They will charge gluten free footlongs as footlongs? The bad news is they wouldn't pass a health inspection. I complained that the tomatoes on my sub were under ripe (they were green in the middle) so the girl (Supinder) took them off my sub and threw them back in the tomato bin. Cross contamination? Don't eat here if vegetarian as they were sitting on the meat of my sub... See the two tomatoes on top in the photo! Enjoy them... They were on my sandwich.

Don’t do mobile order or you’ll be waiting a while. They have consistently mentioned my order as ready on the app then I’ve had to wait every time. I’ve waited longer doing mobile then just going in person. Very unorganized and inconsiderate staff.

When I make Ritual order, the food is never prepared. This time, they started to prepare my order when I arrived. In the app it said the order was prepared 10 minutes ago but they didnt even start preparing my order until I arrived.

Was working in the area the past few days and needed a convenient place to grab lunch. I've been to quite a few Subways across the lower mainland and this is the best one I've visited. The wrap I ordered was great and the lady who took my order was friendly and responsive. Will come back if i'm ever in Yaletown soon.

I know this is just subway, but of the subways downtown this one is the best! They always make the sandwiches with passion and its always clean and tidy. The person working gave us cookies and sent us a nice note :) thank you!

Nice place to grab a quick lunch. I usually get the rice bowls here. I’ve tried all of the non-vegetarian ones and the steak and avocado bowl’s my favourite.
