Ayub is an incredibly reliable travel agent. A consummate professional who goes above and beyond. He helped me plan a trip and assisted me with cancelling it and obtaining a refund during the pandemic. He was so great that I came back and had him help my mother and me book another trip with multiple complicated itineraries. Would definitely recommend!ADDENDUM:I just booked my third trip with Nedkor. We had some weather-related delays and cancellations. Ayub was SOOOO helpful. He spent over an hour communicating with our airline on our behalf to help us. He is always available for his clients.

Ajub was fantastic in setting up our trip to my girlfriend's destination wedding! My partner and I travel often, and this was our first time using a travel agent to organize and book a trip. We were both very impressed! Ayub was attentive, detail-oriented, had great communication, responded quickly, and often checked in with us. He was even able to book excursions. I really can't recommend him enough!
