First time there to rent equipment and these guys took great care of me, had me feeling like a long-time customer. Very fair prices and excellent service!

We had an amazing experience at this dive shop. We were looking to purchase snokel and masks for our twin grandkids. The shop owner was extremely helpful, assisted us with selecting the properly fitting masks. The kids tried them on in our pool and they were great. Our son went back the next day and bought a set for him and his wife to take to HawaiiThank you so much

Never tried diving before, so me and a friend went to try it our at diving dynamics. The whole experience was great, and Devon and his co-worker were very sweet and patient with us newbies! It was a really good experience. Highly recommend coming here if you're curious about diving!

By far the best diving school I’ve ever attended. All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. They provide a fun, safe, and valuable place to learn and train. Can’t recommend enough.

I was recommended here awhile back, and thought because of the great reviews it would be an awesome place to begin my scuba diving instruction. I paid upfront, talked to the manager, front desk, and basically every person in the building. You'd think that in this entire process of coming in on multiple occasions, being fitted for a scuba diving suit, paying, asking numerous questions, etc I would have been given a diving instruction manual. Nope! I showed up for class and was dunked in the pool like a fool.. I didn't find out until after the whole fiasco show that everyone else had plenty of time to study up. You can guess how I feel about the entire operation. BOGUS! To make matters worse they treated me like I was the problem. I was given my money back and told to go somewhere else. Well, okay! You won't hear any arguments from me. To even suggest that their failure to communicate on such a routine thing is on me beyond unprofessional. This was not the experience someone wants on their first scuba dive. I didn't walk away - I ran.If I give one zero stars I would.

What an amazing experience! From my first inquiry phone call to Diving Dynamics I was guided on how I will achieve my PADI Open Water License. Vern was so patient on the phone explaining the three parts to my training before going on a tropical vacation. I felt directed in the PADI online course, then had three pool sessions to complete my “confined water training”. The protocol and equipment at Diving Dynamics is top notch and as a beginner I felt supported, and was able to master my underwater modules in the pool. I will now take my Open Water certification on vacation but vow to be back for other courses! (Cold Water + Advanced Open Water)I can’t believe the level of distinction this facility has, while located in Kelowna. My top recommendation to achieve your way to PADI Open Water certification.Also suggest showing up early and staying late to listen to the wonderful stories Vern Johnston has to share, the passion for diving is palpable! Completed my PADI course review and confined water dives, was very happy with how it all went. Rebecca and Kennedy were very patient and took the time required to ensure everyone felt comfortable and left understanding all the skills necessary. I've taken countless courses and this one was unique in that once it was all over, I never left happy it was over but rather wanting to do it again, and with the skills developed through the course, as soon as I complete my open water dives, I can whenever/wherever I want!

I absolutely love this place. They make you feel very welcome and they help in every way they can. The staff is amazing and there dive instructor is very patient with the students. Kennedy makes sure you feel comfortable in the water and doesn't push you too hard. Overall, a great experience!
