First time I went I got my bangs cut, the second time to get them trimmed. The lady cut a huge chunk right between my eyebrows. It’s so uneven and embarrassing. She didn’t even say sorry, just wait two week and it’ll even out. Only giving two stars for the fair price and the first bang trim was good.

Update: Lauren the owner reached out and was very kind to rectify the situation. Thankful that this experience wasn’t normal for the salon and was handled appropriately afterwards.Super disappointed in my first colour in 3 years. Trim was ok. The colour I had to come back TWICE to be fixed, (was charged an extra $125 to fix 2nd time), this fried my hair and it honestly looks like I DIY'd it myself. Chunky stripes of blonde against my dark roots. I don't recommend using one of their promotions, because the stylists that you get with the promos are beginner-level. I still tipped 20% because I felt I had to, but after weeks of people commenting my hair looks stripe-y, I'm going to have to get it fully redone somewhere else. Waste of money.

Love getting my hair cut by Lauren at Hairapy - the salon is always bright and clean and the staff are friendly! It is a beautiful location with fair prices. I would highly recommend giving Hairapy a try!!

Need a stylist who is great with curly hair and listens to her clients requests? Lauren is the best! She is a pro at cutting, thinning and styling tricky curls. I highly recommend Lauren at Hairapy!

Called to book a toner and they told me that it would be a half hour appointment and cost $40. The toner turned out alright, I’m finding it to be rather uneven. When all was said in done I ended up having to pay an additional $35 to have my hair dried and curled. Had I been told this over the phone I would have happily gone home without my hair being styled. Rather disappointed over all. But the dog was super cute.

I highly recommend seeing Lauren for your blonde hair needs! I have always been quite picky with my hair because I always view it as quite brassy. Lauren made my hair the perfect color and gave me the perfect trim! Thanks so much!

I asked for a trim to clean up my hair.My hair was way past my shoulders, mid back.The stylist; one straight my hair !Then she cut my hair in some layers but she focused on shorten the lengthIt came up as way way above my shoulders she took off 8-10 inches!Cut as bowl cut!Not impressed. Plus my hair is curly so now it’s really short!!!And she misses a bunch of uneven!Took my a long time to grew it.Lesson learned.Funny cause the other times she did good . Should of known when she cut my sons hair bowlCurly hair is hard to cut I guess
