Used this company for 3 Years. Every year the lawn got worst and Every year at renewal they promise a perfect lawn if I buy more product. This year Olivier called and when we explained how they never lived up to expectations he said I will take you off the list. He still called back and we asked if he will no anything about his empty promises he rudely said Nothing is free.Uncaring Company

Very unprofessional company. Not only did they break my irrigation system without compensation, they also destroyed my lawn. My lawn became unlevelled, had bare patches everywhere, and weeds came back even more. I had to hire other company to fix everything. Stay away from this company.

My neighbor recommended me this company. I called them this summer to get some information about their services. They introduced to me over the phone some packages. I didn't even confirm with them that I would use them and buy the package. They sent me an invoice with a whole package of an amount of 229.31 dollars and sent their employee the other day without giving a notice. I called them to stop. Since then, employee never came. But they send an invoice payment by mail to my house for the whole package amount. I didn't take care about that. And they kept on calling me and sending me another invoice by threatening me to legal procedure. I explained to them when they called me by the following reasons: Firstly, I never confirm you by replying emails or signing a paper to start your service; Secondly, you never confirm me for your first service when you sent your employee to trait my pelouse; Thirdly, you came only once, why you charged for the whole package? They never listened and kept on sending me their invoice. It is a terrible company, without principle, acting in bad faith, 100% fraud. Take my situation as a warning. I hope you guys will not be deceived.

Very disappointed. Misinformation, everytime I call i discover a additional partial piece of information different from what was agreed on the initial agreement. Lots of bad surprises with this co. Sales tactics to sell u additional srvcs. With no guarantees. The supervisor is not receptive and not helpful

This is very unprofessional company, They fail me every year and promise the lawn will be great it i add a treatment. Of course i get bad results.Its funny that everyone who complains the have no record of o r think it is another company.....what a joke.......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....I also dealt with Olivier..

So very, very disappointed. I made the big mistake of changing lawn care companies this year because of price. Boy what a big mistake, although we have had a very dry summer & the grass is parched but a few weeks ago Paysagement Communautaire came to apply a herbicide, normally as with other companies we have hired there is a slight scent of weed killer after the application, in this case absolutely no scent, normally the day or two after we notice weeds curling up, not this time weeds are growing in the grass instead of fading. I would not hire them again even if their service was free.

The treatment went well. The weeds are gone and my wholesale family is really happy. I tried for a couple of years with the competition and it wasn’t comparable. A real 5 stars

Never seen anything like it. The more times I call to complain that their product doesn't work- at least they come back - the problem is my lawn gets worse after the alleged application of whatever it is they apply.... guarentee????? They refused to give me a refund. Very polite and understanding on the phone but results = zero!!!!!! $350 + waste of money, time and frustration - not to mention a sore back from the weeding I've done because I can't take it anymore.

They came today and already the bugs got better in my hedges. Best 65$ I insvested in a while! Merci et vive le canadien!

Very bad experience.. very good at the phone but very bad at the field. After 2 years with this company the images at the end of this season speak for themselves. Invest your money in another company. BTW ..I followed all the treatments that they recommend for my lawn. On top disorganize .. attached an invoice. Now you are saying Im not your customer
