An absolute professional - that’s how I feel about Oleg.I’m going to try to explain below what makes the difference between Oleg and everyone else.Being our first home, me and my wife were emotionally invested in letting it go for the amount we were comfortable with.Unfortunately there was a stall in the market were we didn’t have any real interest so we decided to take it of the market and rented it out. Oleg didn’t charge us a penny for his time or even for the professional shooting that he ordered for the listing. And at no time we felt rushed to have the listing going.After only one month we found ourselves finding the house that me and my wife always wanted and we had to list our property again on the market.
