Worked on the swerve lines on the street in front of my house. In addition to leaving a mess after each day of work, they left the power and fibre lines that cross over the street hanging too low. A truck then came by and ripped the fibre line out of the house.

Complete Utility Contractors recently completed a large sewer system upgrade in our neighborhood. While working along my street and directly in front of my home, they were excellent with coordinating access. They were always kind, polite and courteous, making sure to keep the worksite clean and clear of garbage and debris. The crews were respectful of working hours and did not give us any headaches. Very pleased with this type of professionalism. Well done!

Complete Utility Contractors
Very inconsiderate workers. They have been working on their project since October and are nowhere near finished. They frequently block driveways and act annoyed when asked to move. They leave their garbage on private property, frequently leave machinery at the end of day in awkward places obstructing view of oncoming traffic, and provide no notice to residents when doing overnight or weekend work. I have emailed multiple times over the last few months, no response. It is very difficult to reach anyone when phoning as well.

There flaggers are caddy show offs who think they r all that when they r just up tight u know whats abd the crews deffinitly got something going on with them as the flaggers are like dancing all around the guys very unproffesional liers the crew would proubaly be ok minus the dum dums that make them all look bad phoned in to talk to a higher up to. Solve the problem and got blown off as well boo this company

They have left our driveway blocked on at least 1 weekend, if not 2. I believe they are a month+ past the planned project finish date.But most concerning is over hearing 1, white, employee say to another people can't read our construction signs anyway

I've had a few instances where they've blocked small residential roads and it was difficult to get them to move.But I appreciate the owner's acknowledgement and working towards improving that.Ive seen them around town since a few times and haven't had those issues again and they are properly using traffic control.
