Lorenzo at Rume Interiors came out yesterday to make adjustments to our blinds which were installed several years ago and after working on them for at least an hour and a half, they now look just like new! So happy with their service and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Lorenzo took the time to go through various options with me and once the order was placed, the blinds arrived quickly and he was able to install it all within a couple of weeks. We contacted Lorenzo at Rume Interiors to outfit our new build with blinds and we were not disappointed at all. Less than 24 hours after having them installed our toddler made quick work of snapping the string on her blinds and less than 24 hours later they were repaired good as new. Great price, quality product and outstanding customer service.

Based on a recommendation I reached out to Rume Interiors after a dismal experience with a competitor. They came out to our home with samples, and they listened to what we needed and then gave me some options. What impressed me the most was that i was not pressured to purchasing the most expensive - rather - Lorenzo showed me a few ideas for our windows that would suit us best. Yesterday our blinds were installed and they are beautiful. They are functional and gorgeous. I have and will continue to recommend this company.
