First of all, the prices are amazing. Before you buy anything, check this store first. Jessie was very helpful and patient showing me all their inventory before I made up my mind. I purchased a headboard for my bed and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was. When I opened the box it looked like the legs were missing, so I called the store and Kyle answered. He said “don’t worry we will make it right”. Shock!! Who says that these days? I couldn’t have been more relieved. I then notice the legs were screwed on the back of the headboard. Kyle offered to help assemble it (I didn’t have a drill at the cottage ) Again, who does this anymore? 5/5 for your superior customer service. Thank you Kyle and Jessie - super happy customer !!
