Great staff. Good selection of parts not available anywhere else. Prices are similar to most others. I did notice that they are now able to 3D print discontinued parts so will need to keep that in mind. They had to order in one of my parts so I will need to come back 150km again but that is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars.

I have dealt with them in the past and have had great service. I phoned today and was looking for a price on a fridge. They gave me advice in how to test first. I had bought a replacement sewer hose. Heavy duty. So heavy duty I could not get the new house on my bayonet fittings! I wasted too much time trying to do what seemed impossible! Apparently it can be done, but I had wasted enough time, broke enough finger nails, I gave them a call. They suggested some new style, thread on fittings, and what really impressed me was that a young man named Josh actually put them on for me! Super impressed. That’s real service! Thank you!!
