Very bad experience with Dr. Charles Thibault. I went for a dental cleaning appointment and was recommended to have a filling for a small genetic dental deformity. Previously, I had no prior pain and was never recommended before by Dr. Alexandra Kralievitch. I went to have the filling as I trusted Dr. Thibault, and as the anesthetic wore off, I started feeling pain when chewing on the new filling. After 2 other appointments with no successful solution, Dr. Thibault said there was nothing to be done other than a 3 week sensodyne toothpaste treatment. All this while being very demeaning towards a loyal client, addressing me by him to his hygienist and acting like I am crazy. Very bad bedside manners. No empathy, compassion nor accountability for this awful experience. Please do not encourage. I still have to get this loose filling replaced, which is extremely inconvenient as I did not have pain before. Might be time for him to consider retirement.

Great customer service, great staff, they put in a lot of effort to fix my insurance issues.
