Always not avaiable. They say 24/7 and emergencies. No such thing with this mathew guy. Never returns calls like previously said. Complete waste of time. I would not recommend even bothering to look at his phone number never mind dialing it.

Life saver! If you want things fixed and get plumbing issues resolved Pump Tech always does the work! Thank you Matthew for fixing our septic pump. We were having issues with our septic pump running longer than usual. We hire a different plumber (MBM plumbing=disaster)a day before cause we can't get a hold of Matthew, few minutes later issues were back. MBM left the problem unresolved and even made it worse, change things that is not even supposed to be changed. So the next day we Finally get a hold of Matthew and he explained and fixed whats causing the long run of the pump.Apparently it is clogged and he waited for the pump to turn on and off making sure that things are fixed. Matthew is the man for plumbing! Thanks again Matthew!Our pump is running better and shorter now! Thanks a lot!

I called Matthew after my well pump failed. First person to call back. Came out within an hour, and worked hard to sort out the issue. It was the end of January and -40s with windchill, but he came and worked through absolute cold. He could've just mailed it in, but he came back the next day, and worked on my pump, and the day after that! He never stopped helping, never stopped trying. Great guy, great service.

Finding good trades is becoming very difficult. Our water quit working and the first company we called came out and not only didn’t know what the problem was but said they’d come back to fix but never showed up again. I called Pump Tech and he was upfront about his busy schedule but that he would come Sunday because it was an emergency. He was reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. He had the problem diagnosed after a quick test and after a part was rush ordered he had us up and running. He even checked in the following day to make sure things were good. If looking for pump or plumbing work done don’t take a chance, call Pump Tech.

I had issues with my septic pump and Matthew came right out and figured out the issue within 20. mins. He had me up and running again within an hour! I recommend Pump tech for any plumbing repairs because they are true Pros!

pump-tech = dishonest, unreliable and a huge waste of your time!!! I have tried to deal with Matthew the owner of pump-tech twice both times no show no heads up that he couldn't make it. I tired calling him texting him all thee above and no reply. I posted this review and one of Facebook and he says he is taking me to court just show what kind of man he is and what kind of company he Is struggling to run~! If you want to get your time wasted I would highly recommend this terrible company!

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Mathew damaged my septic tank cover and promised to replace it. 2 months later he brought me one and it was the wrong one. He said he had to order a new one which I understood, but almost 4 months later I had to text him about it 3 times and finally he answered me by saying he had it for a while and it was beside his shop and I would have to go get it because he was too busy ( he is about 15 min away from me ). I would have gone but since it was his mistake and I just had surgery on my shoulder I felt it was his responsibility to bring it to me. It has now been almost a year since it happened and still no cover, and surprise no response to any of my texts and he won’t return my calls. There were many other issues and it seems that his personal life constantly affects his quality of work and wether he even shows up. I would stay as far away from his business as possible. God forbid I need warranty work, I think I would just pay full price to another plumber so it would be done right and on time. I guess next is the BBB then small claims court.

Never used this company, but the driver if this company sped up on the 101 east nearly causing an accident. Also rode my back end and then cut me off. Not very professional if you ask me.

Called on a Saturday pm, came out first thing Sunday am. Service was excellent and had the issue fixed within an hour. Will definitely call Matthew again if we have an emergency or plumbing requirement.Chuck

I would highly recommend Pump Tech for all your sewer and pump problems. The owner, Matthew, is highly skilled in pump and sewer line repairs. We were having issues with the discharge line from our holding tanks and he was able to fix the problem that others could not fix. Two other companies misdiagnosed the problem, while he was able to fix it rather quickly.
