I bought a laptop at Staples based on my own reserach, when the computer didnt actually do what I needed it to do, I went back to return it. Misha was excellent at getting to the bottom of what kind of computer I needed and how to direct me the right way. Her customer service was excellent, and I she was so helpful in translating computer lingo into laymans terms for me. Highly recommend the knowledgeable staff and customer service here.

First time there. Nice Store and very helpful Staff. Of all things I went there for Coffee. Yes found MOTHER PARKERS COFFEE at Staples.

Printer is set to color automatically so you if you don't need color it will cost more. Faxing is $2 per page even if fax number is toll free. If it doesn't have a 403 area code, you get charged long distance. Nickel and dimed at every opportunity.

Big thank you to Braedon and Tall Eric ! I had to exchange a laptop and these employees made it happen with no problems. Eric made some good recommendations on the unit that I ended up getting. I wouldn't hesitate to stop by and purchase any computer equipment from this location. Thanks .

We had the opportunity to go to this location of Staples and it turned out to be stellar! Purchased a package of printing stock in addition to a medium sized box so I can ship something very special to our son.Eric was extremely helpful in assisting me and directing me to what I would need to complete this task. Zaid was also helpful in responding to another request I had.Suffice to say, had it not been for Eric resourcefulness, I wouldn't have been able to ship to our son his skateboard.The store has 3 hour free underground parking, located directly below the store. To access the store do so my using the elevator indicated as Staples.

Excellent new Staples store located in the growing University District. Bright and contemporary layout with an emphasis on tech. Was able to special order a difficult to get power adapter for an older gaming laptop - they can order them based on make, model and serial number for an exact match. Kudos to Rom for his great customer service!

One of the most modern Co- working space with great ambiance and fully equipped with everything you can expect to get job done. Great collection of hand bags and accessories for day today planners and organizers. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended.

Printed a poster here and they had it ready within minutes! Really satisfied with the matte print quality and student discount although the prices are on the higher side ($26 for 14 x 20"). Since it's relatively new

I didn't like the consultant's attitude toward us. We don't speak English very well and we came to the store to get two laptops for our work. We already knew which ones we needed, so we just had to pick them up. We asked if we could get a few payments instead of paying for them all at once. The guy told us that since we were new to Canada that wasn't possible. We were very frustrated since we needed the laptops immediately and I got the feeling the guy just didn't want to communicate with us because of our poor English. We went to another Staples on 321 61st Ave SW. There we met two girls who were very welcoming, explained everything to us with the help of an interpreter, told us about the Flex Card and were generally polite. Now we can safely get to work on our new laptops, but the unpleasant feeling of visiting this store remained.
