Fast and friendly sales rep suggested this while also following through on conversational leads to fit our needs and contexts at home. Gently corrected our misinformation while re-educating us towards more viable solutions. While we were researching a future purchase at this time, we will return because of this excellent customer service

I recently made my first major purchase here and it was super simple with good advice along the way - price was fair - all good. Unfortunately there was some damage to the equipment, and when I approached Aimee about this, she was absolutely responsive and amazing, and got us all fixed up very quickly. When you make a major purchase, its the after sales service that you always worry about, and after this experience I have 100% confidence in Fitness Solutions to take the best care of me in the future. The next time I need fitness equipment I will be going here first to support an awesome business and recommend others do the same!

Been on the hunt for powerblocks in BC, but no dice. Decided to call elsewhere in Canada, and this place luckily had some. Order process was quick and easy on the phone and I received them in around a week. No complaints.

This rating is solely based on todays experience - I normally love this place and make all of my fitness related purchases there.However, today I showed up at 5:15pm (15 minutes before closing). The one staff member there informed me that he wasn’t trained on use of the register/credit card machines, and that the manager had left early banking on the hope that no one would come in. He mentioned I wasn’t the only one he had turned away. Not only is this frustrating as a consumer, but irresponsible for a business. I’m extremely disappointed in todays experience. :(

I really can't say enough about how amazing this place is. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who not only use the equipment but will actively suggest specific equipment for your wants and needs. If you need anything fitness, don't waste your time anywhere else

By Far the Best place to get Gym equipment in Regina! BEST PRICES, BEST Customer service, Very knowledgeable, everyone that works there is awesome to deal with! Bryce and Darren are also awesome to deal with, got me everything I needed with no hassle. Definitely a premium establishment compared to the other places I’ve shopped at in the past. I would recommend everyone I know to go there and would feel confident that anyone working there would treat them awesome and fair.
