Spacious and cozy apartment.Neighborhood are friendly (of course in any places there's always some bad apples) and awesome as far as maintenance and the cost of rent (compare with other apartments nearby the areas).

Not Impressed with my experiance with this management.I have been always great tanent and always pay the rent on time, but still got bad reference from the landlord lady,Simply she should have gave good refrence,but because they have extremly high rent and very old building, it is extremly hard to replace tanents, that is why giving bad refrence is a good option, to keep tanents there and keep paying over market price.My advice to everyone, avoid them at all costs.

I used to live here back in 1991. New carpets, New appliances, new paint. I have a friend that lives there and it is a complete dump now. Hallway heaters busted up. Ppl throwing their garbage outside emergecy exits. Coachroaches. If the proper ppl were there to maintain the place wouldn't be half bad. Just can't get over how it got to where it is now

I've lived here for three years. The property management company is improving the property. There is a good turnaround time when repairs are needed. The inside and outside of the property is well cared for. The Resident Manager really looks after the place.

I was visiting my friend and the building is very old and the hallway smells terrible!!! I was asking how much for one bed and the price is extremely high for an old building. That’s not all, I understand that the landlord is extremely rude& unprofessional. And guess what, the person that share that info with us wasn’t even someone I know was just a random person. That explains a lot about this place& what kind of people are running this building!!!! TERRIBLE!!! I feel so bad for my friends

Absolutely Horrible experience.I was interested in renting the appartment. I am trying to move next month. I got confirmation from manager that i come next week to do the credit check , I live far away , i was ready to commute to vancouver to do other formalities. Suddenly i get a text , i did not get the appartment. The manager is not letting me know why i did not get the appartment.

Pacific Cove Properties - Gatensbury Apartments
I had a great experience living at Gatensbury Apartments. The building manager Aida was absolutely fantastic. She was always responsive with questions and issues (which were few and far between). She turned the building into a home by doing something special for every holiday (eg inviting tenants to decorate a Christmas tree in the lobby and listen to her read stories). Her care for the building really showed and I loved living there! Thank you Aida!

I've been living in Gatensbury building for almost 2 years now, and I must say that I'm satisfied with the management of the building overall. Sy, the residential manager, and her husband, Steve, are responsive and attentive to the needs of all tenants. Regardless of the time and circumstance, they are always available to help. In addition, she appears to have a wealth of experience managing buildings, which makes her a top-notch residential manager. Overall, her commitment to providing excellent services and support to us is admirable.

I have been living here for few months, I have noticed that Building Manager Sy and her husband Steven both are a wonderful and nice people, they treat with high professional way and nice behave. She is taking action when any thing need to be repaired even on weekend. I really thanks and appreciate from her.
