It seems the last resort I have to a situation that Canon refuses to solve is to give a poor review. After several months of poor service and multiple account reps coming and going from their company, the situation is still unresolved. This company has over charged me and taken payments that were not agreed to in an attempt to extend a lease that we honoured to the end and they continue to take payments rather than pick up the machine. The disorganization in this company has been frustrating and disheartening. Save yourself the trouble and your money and go with another vendor.

Great sales staff. Showroom and facility us impressive. Most important is the team work and efficacy in getting answers. Nik started out as my initial sale rep, and has introduced me to the rest of his team and support. Great experience.
