Super friendly staff, I’ve brought my dog inside sometimes and I was worried the owners would get upset but they weren’t, and really great for last minute gift purchases and cheap atm fee

Absolutely terrible costumer service. The lady that works there I believe is the wife of the owner, they are both absolutely rude people. Came in for an item I bought yesterday and was asking for a refund or just some type of compensation and she just starts saying no with a smirk on her face. On top of that I didn’t think she realize that I understood her speaking in her own language she was just swearing and saying bad things about my skin colour and what not on the phone with her husband while it was on speaker. I highly recommend no one going here as they don’t value any of there customers whatsoever

Standing outfront its 9.26 am. Says they open st 8am online. Doors locked lights off. Why do people come to these garbage places.Support local small business they said....Dumb.

Since the express vape has opened the forget about the customers waiting in the store. Several times I have gone here and had to wait while they sell vape through the express. Get someone who can stay at the vape express so you don’t forget about the other customers that are not in the vape express line.

Horrible! Came to the store a half hour before closing and witnessed the owner come in and yell at her staff twice! After getting permission if I could get a few items, the staff said sure and proceeded to let me shop. The owner however came back into the store 5 minutes late and forced me to leave, stating that she can close her store as she wishes. She made me place my items back, and said her employee is young so she’s incapable of making good choices. Don’t waste your time here, they don’t care about the customer or their employees what so ever.

EXTREMELY TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE, the absolute worst convenience store in pickering. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. I bought a glass piece from here on Saturday October 23rd, I took it home and woke up the next day to it broken in half.... I’m currently at the store and the owner basically said to go home.. no refunds or exchanges. 1 its not marked ANYWHERE in the store stating that so policy is an issue here. I’m not asking for my money back but some time of compensation of a new piece. I know they buy them from china at a super low cost and sell them for a great price, so to keep the piece at least just replace the unit? Customer service does not live here.. sadly.
