Linda is phenomenal. Highly recommend. I have been to many nail salons and will travel for quality rather than suffice with subpar products for convenience. My first experience here I was with Linda, she listened to what I wanted, what I previously had problems with at other salons, checked in with me each step and in the end gave me one of the best nail sets I have ever had. Photo is taken prior to paying after my appointment. Incredible service, impeccable skill. A beautiful salon as well. I have booked repeat services with Linda and have scheduled my first pedicure service there as well. Looking forward to continuing to come to this place. Thank you Vive and Linda!

Editing my review againI’ve been very happy with this salon and especially Rose after my previously negative experience.(see below) the owner offered me 20 % off my services and I have been back several times.Today I was there and had to pay from the computer as their payment machine was down. I saw a message on my account saying that I had 20 % off all services and that I was a “verrrry difficult client”. I can’t believe they would write that and feel upset about this- the number of times I’ve gone in to this place and to know the front desk staff was reading that. It’s awful. Needless to say- I won’t be back.I’ve been to this salon approximately 5 times and have decided to start looking for a new nail salon. My nails do look nice but I don’t enjoy my time there. My technician today spent most of the time today speaking with her co workers in Vietnamese. It’s really rude. Other people got offered tea etc but I didn’t. All of this would be okay but the prices are high.Dec 2***editing my review to give five stars as today I had a really great experience with Rose. She did such a great job on my nails with shaping and with nail art. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and offered me a discount. I appreciate her apology and love my nails today.

While a little pricier than other nail salons, the location and the colour selection are awesome. I always leave here loving my nails. The technicians are always so kind.

I have been going to this nail salon for over two years now. I have recommended many friends and family members and everybody has been thrilled with the service and attention to detail. The salon is super cute and very clean. I have never been disappointed and believe they are one of the best. I am a business owner and I know excellent service when I receive it.

I went in for a summer manicure and I was really impressed with the quality of Sam’s work and her friendliness! she did a great job, I would recommend her!

I contracted contact dermatitis on my calves after receiving a pedicure at this salon. I am not known for having sensitive skin. It might have resulted from poor hygiene practices. I was exceptionally disappointed to hear that management would not refund me, nor did they willingly call me back. I explained that I do not live in Calgary, they seemed to not care. (I have a wedding in a week!) do not recommend this salon.

Was excited to try a new place for a manicure and so decided to try it out. We went in and sat down and when the manicure started the nail tech started making rude comments about the length of my cousins nails. She kept trying to force gel tips on her even though she clearly stated she wanted just polish as per her appointment. When she finally started doing her nails, the nail tech then looked up and asked her if she needed her eyebrows done too because they looked overgrown and also needed a touch up. She relied no and then the tech also made a comment about her tattoos and how they needed to be filled as well. Totally unnecessary.She nicked my cousins cuticle and when she pulled away the tech blamed it on her short nails and how it’s happening because she bites them. It was still bleeding when she left the salon as seen in the photo.She kept repeating how short her nails were for the entire appointment and how she needed to stop biting them and so finally I said something about it to which she replied “im sorry you feel that way, they are short.”Completely unnecessary and rude service and the manicure was rushed and poorly done. Would not recommend. Save your energy and time for a salon that will respect your boundaries and treat you like a human being. Let’s do better.

Overall I am very pleased with my nails, the technician was skilled and very pleasant. I did find the customer service lacking in other areas. Additionally they don’t have pricing listed for designs and any thing other than a full color is extra. I was told the nails I wanted would be an additional $30 on top of the $52 standard.

We are somewhat new to the area and were looking for a new company in the area to go to. We decided to try Vive and unfortunately did not have the best experience.Hannah was my pedicurist and another lady was my partners. Hannah spent more time talking to the lady next to her and talking to the people walking behind her instead of actually paying attention to what she was doing to my feet. At one point she had the 'cheese grader' (as we call it) but the grinder thing to grind your dry feet and she was not even watching as she was grating my heels. Another time, I told her she's being super rough to be a bit more gentle and she started talking to the person next to her in her language and they both were laughing. Then they started talking in their language about a client about 5 seats down from us and both laughing. We knew they were talking about her because they kept staring that way while talking.At one point, Hannah was clipping my big toe nail which has an ingrown nail - and I get pedicures all the time - but she was clipping it and not even looking at what she was doing, I pulled away and told her to leave that one and then she tried grinding it and was cutting my skin so I pulled away again and said STOP! Just do the others and leave that.She didn't even massage my legs, while the other lady was massaging my partners legs I asked if I was getting the same? She said yes after - but she gave me like a 1 minute massage if that. She brushed her hands over my legs a few times. It was so disappointing.When the other lady finished my partners nails, she got up and walked away and didn't tell her she was done - hardly even wiped off the wax. We're both sitting there thinking, are we done?"Honestly - super rude. We go for a lot of pedicures and this was not a fun one at all. Then they sent us a $5 gift card for their mess up. What an insult."

This was my first time here. I was very lucky to have Hannah complete my milk and honey pedicure. Her attention to detail was immaculate and she always made sure I was comfortable. She was an extremely kind person, very professional at her job. Definitely recommend Hannah and this nail salon!
