ICBC Driver Licensing

I had an appointment at 3:10 for which I arrived at 3 pm. I was not called till 3:45 leading to almost an hour wait and my kids classes at 4 pm was cancelled because of thisI booked my appointment month ago, I was told that I was attended late because of walk in appointmentsSeriously it is so unfair one person wait for months to get appointments on other hand they entertain walk in during their appointments

I feel the staff has racist attitude. We went in for a simple renewal ( as per the policy ) and the staff forced the residence verification on the renewal for no reasons . I denied for the same asking to come back later but she declined stating she already submitted it in system. Very weird ! If I’m following the policy for renewal why it’s being linked to my skin color ?

Very disappointing. I had applied for BCID on 18th March and it didn't arrive in 34 days so i went to check and they said they don't know what happened and I should apply again.I applied again on the 22th of June and it didn't come so after a month I booked an appointment which was of one month later. Today was that day I again went to check as it had been 64 days today. First I got a token number and sat waiting , after 50 minutes when my number didn't come, I went to the counter and told that I had an appointment and have taken the token number but it's been 50 minutes and my turn hasn't come even though many walk in customers have come after me and also gone...so they said I'll call you in 5 minutes which they did .but they didn't tell me anything and said we couldn't tell anything as you have not brought your second identification. I had the passport with me physically and student permit in phone. I apologized and said I realize it's my mistake but please help me as it's been 100 days and i have already applied twice and today also waited for an hour and a half to which she said you can talk to my manager. I talked and the manager said we can't tell you anything , as you don't have a second ID, if you want to apply again we could if you would have an ID But we can't do anything. Maybe you written the address wrong. I told them that's address is correct , first she said units number not there, then I showed her and she realized her mistake. But then she said we can't do anything, just give him the contact and she gave me the card if head office and said have a nice day" and went away without even looking or asking for response. This was all the response I got within 2

Hi I had road test at icbc guilfird. I have had very bad experience with examiner mr Chandan an Indian guy . He put out unnecessary mistakes that wasn’t there like he didn’t want to me to pass in this test. He put mistake of 360 check which was absolutely wrong then he removed the mistake if you are sure about any mistake then why are u removed that mistake which means you don’t have a skills to observe applicant.I highly recommend not to go for mr Chandan. Worst examiner ever.Iam very disappointed.

ICBC was scheduled to open at 08:30AM but I reached there at 07:34AM and still was about 15th person in line-up to enter.Recommended to go about hour and Half early if you want to be aerved close to 08:30AM.But then they start checking-in exactly at 08:30AM and I was served at 08:50AM.

the staff here are nice and patient. of course it does represent everybody's experience. It is a small office location and too many visitors at this location. I guess either the office needs to expand or there shall be more ICBC locations in the same region.

I don’t make reviews very often but my experience at this place is awful. Did not have a good time at the office. The front desk man was so rude and impatient. It seems like he was looking down at me and making fun of my questions. Very unprofessional and very poor service attitude. Never going there ever again

I booked an appointment before visiting, so the process to renew drivers license was quick & easy. The staff were friendly. Very busy location, so I recommend making an appointment.
