I recently took my driving test and had the pleasure of being examined by Fica. I must say that the experience was nothing short of excellent.From the moment I arrived at the test center, she made me feel at ease with his friendly demeanor and approachable personality. She took the time to explain the test process and what she would be looking for during the examination, which helped me to feel more confident and prepared.Throughout the test, she was professional, patient, and thorough. She gave clear instructions and provided feedback that was both constructive and encouraging.In the end, I passed my driving test thanks to the guidance and support of Fica.I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent driving test examiner.

Booking and completing my Class 5 GDL exam last week February 28, 2023 at Riverbend Registry was the best decision. It was examiner Fica who assisted me during my road test. Her professionalism, clear communication and transparency gave me the assurance I needed to successfully complete the exam and I am very pleased with the outcome. This allowed me to stay focused while driving and perform the actions expected of me with confidence. I felt so relaxed, thanks to her calm approach and constructive feedback on how I could improve my driving skills.In general, I'm glad I chose Riverbend Registry and I am extremely satisfied with my experience with them and I will certainly recommend them to friends and family members.

My road test examiner was David. David was a part of my journey to becoming a safe and successful driver. He explained to me my strengths and most importantly how to improve on my weaknesses. David understood what areas that I had to work on to become a successful driver. David and I worked the journey together and I am proud to say that, thank you David for being the best examiner.

Both women were very unfriendly. Woman with an accent is exceptionally rude. Has no patience. Is disrespectful & tried to push us around. Did not listen to what we were saying. Talked to my adult daughter like a child. Demanded stuff from my daughter she told her numerous times she did not have. Told my daughter 3X she wasn't looking at the camera when she was looking directly at it.. Needs to grow some manners & learn how to treat people with respect.

I booked my road test through the Riverbend Registry and found the process straightforward and that the staff were welcoming. I went in and asked them to look over my car about a week early to make sure that it was acceptable to use for my test, which gave me some peace of mind. The cost of the test was less than expected, only about $93 (I had read that some locations charged about 150 for the test). For the test itself it was about 20 minutes long and was pretty straightforward, mostly just following directions as they're given and then you make choices about right of way and navigating to follow the directions. I practiced driving in the area several times before the test to get more comfortable and know what to expect from the roads and found the neighbourhood to be beautiful and have lots to play around with. The neighborhoods around the registry have good curbs and lots of good spots for parallel parking practice if you want to practice beforehand. The hills in the area are a mix of fairly shallow and steep in terms of hill parking, so you will have options to practice different kinds of slopes. There is also both angle parking and perpendicular parking spots in the parking lot so you have some good options before and after the test. In the debrief discussion after the test, the point deductions that I received seemed fair, and the examiner gave feedback for each of the deductions and listened to my explanations as well. The examiner explained what to expect from the test process, answered all my questions before we started the test, and did not seem rushed, so ask as many questions as you need so you feel prepared to start. The registry was a bit busy (but comparable to other registries that I have been to, so this is as expected) and the staff all were very nice and friendly regardless. After you book your exam the system suggests you arrive half an hour early to your test time, and I do suggest doing that as you will need to wait in line and don't want to be stressed about starting late. Overall I had a good experience, and it was one of the registries recommended by my driver school instructor in terms of being a good location (lots of residential areas and not too many major roads).

I realize that they don't make the rules, but the level of bureaucracy is astounding. Common sense does not prevail. Average level of service, never overly friendly and never thanks the customer for their business. They behave like government employees and should be concerned that automation will replace them.
