Can’t say enough enough good about the service we received from this garage. On a road trip when noise and vibration started with our vehicle. We were taken in right away and were back on the road in good shape less than an hour later. Stuart provided excellent and courteous service. Just amazing!!!

I recently got a low tire pressure warning about 40 km south of Parry Sound. When I got to town I tried to fill the tire but it had a leak. I tried 2 other places with no success before speaking with the owner of Wheelz who generously agreed to repair the leak right away. My only mistake was not calling them first. I wasted almost 2 hours in town waiting for CAA and another dealership to help me. The service at Wheelz was fast and professional. They even had 2 dogs that entertained my 14 month old golden. I plan to buy my next set of tires at Wheelz to show my appreciation. Great people and great service.

Had my job done in a timely manner and while I was waiting to have my job completed, I saw a staff member (Stewart), go above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion with another customer providing excellent advise and assistance. I called this auto service centre in a desperate attempt to find someone to install a rear passenger side high pressure brake line. It was the end of the day, and I needed it fixed next day because I was booked for flight within a few days. Amazingly, they agreed to do it the next morning. When I arrived, the crew was meeting inside. He did exactly what he said he would.The crew, including the lady in reception were courteous, and helpful. They all seemed happy there job, friendly towsrds eachother, productive and professional. I would definately recommend them to everyone. And, they charged me so fairly, I felt under charged for what they did for me. Hard to find reliable and honest auto shops like that any more.

Amazing service!! Couldn’t say enough good about wheelz. They took us last minute for an oil change and allowed our whole family and furry friends to join us in the waiting room while our truck was getting worked on. Really helped us out and were so friendly. Highly recommend!!

I cannot recommend this shop more highly. We were on an unexpected road trip from the states and poorly prepared. Got a flat tire and only made it in to Wheelz a few minutes before closing. They were able to get me a used tire on my rim for a fair price and were so kind. I wish there were more shops like this where I'm from!

Thanks for replacing the brakes on my Infinity QX50, Your Auto Technician Corey was very informative on the bedding process and they now work perfectly with zero sound and stop on a dime. When we picked up our 4 new tires installed on our rims for a commercial truck we at least expected them to have a reasonable amount of air in them. Well, unfortunately, they had around 30psi only when the spec is 80psi. As many compressors don't like the higher ranges we had to drive them somewhere else to get a reasonable amount of air put in. I am not sure why they would have been so lazy. They would have spotted the leak in the rim/tire seal if they had done their job correctly.

Was driving from Windsor to Thunder Bay when my car crapped out on me 20 minutes outside of Parry Sound. Had the tow bring it to this shop and they were extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, they couldn’t do anything for my car but they helped me deal with the closest dealership, informed me of the warranties and stored my car for me until I could get it towed. I believe the man that helped me was the owner and he was fantastic. They turned a stressful situation a little less stressful. 10/10 would recommend.
