I sent two iPhones to my parents, and Meest delivered a box, but inside the box were unrelated items. Delivery took 7 months, and I requested an investigation. The investigation took another six months. Result: Meest says that we are not responsible for the inside of the box or parcel. I will probably file a court case.

Super friendly and helpful staff. And very competitive pricing for sending parcels to the Eastern Europe.

Zero customer service. Unpleasant and irresponsible treatment! It's covid time so there's a huge line-up of people freezing outside, at 7 they close and tell people who've been in line outside for hours to go home and come back tomorrow. Zero respect and responsibility! At the very least they could have informed people earlier not to wait, tell people outside to tell others not to get in line. Many ways to handle it properly, but that would require care and human dignity. Not at this place. Elderly people, people who came with large boxes by bus, people who took Uber to bring parcels, women with kids - no one cares! - Go Home!

Good place to send parcels and money to/from Ukraine and other European countries. Also you can buy some European clothes, souvenirs and gifts.

My husband went here to drop off medical supplies as part of humanitarian aid shipments to Ukraine. An incredibly rude man (beyond rude, really), told my husband that donations have not been accepted for weeks (which is untrue, today is April 5 and Meest was accepting humanitarian aid donations until April 4, per their website). Instead of thanking my husband for his efforts (he brought a LOT of high grade medical supplies), he yelled at him and told him to check the website. I am Ukrainian and my husband is Canadian and I have to say that I'm extremely embarrassed that such impolite characters are at the forefront of representing Ukraine and Ukrainians in such difficult times! Thank you Meest, we've had phenomenal luck at other locations (Etobicoke), but please make sure you hire people that don't embers us at the very least! I will personally ask everyone I know to avoid this location due to extreme rudeness. I have since heard from Meest on Steels and they are accepting donations. Don't understand why this employee had to be so rude and unreasonable!
