Hi,I would like to “Thank you” one more time to Nathan. I live in Boston. My husband and I drove to Utica for the home inspection and meet with Nathan. Since the first call he was very friendly and professional. We got to the inspection little early and he was there already checking around the property. He explains very well everything. Nathan Durant did a great job installing our radon mitigation system. He was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions and placed the system and vent in a good location. We no longer have a radon problem.

When I was selling my house, the buyers hired Nathan Durant to do the inspection of my house, he checked every corner, on top, bottom, everywhere he could check he was there doing his job. I was impressed because not everyone pays attention to detail, but Nathan Durant takes his time to make sure that he can provide with the best detailed report of the house for the client. He also provided with a detailed report with pictures also hired him for the house I'm go to buy, and he did and amazing job. I always will recommend Nathan Durant, to anyone that needs a home inspection because he does a great job.

He was also very informative and shared helpful details regarding the issues that needed to be addressed.
