Comfort Inn

I was attending an event at the paramount center, and had to look for somewhere to stay as my vehicle had broken down. We arrived at this location and they were amazing, the customer service was excellent and the staff went over and above to accommodate us. We decided to stay another night and again customer service was amazing. The rooms were clean, and smelled clean, beds were comfortable which is good as I have a severe back issue. The lobby was clean, bright and inviting. Although my friend was the one that booked the room, I am still impressed with how we were accommodated. With all the traveling I do, I must say this is the best hotel I have stayed in. And I will be staying here again.

DO NOT book here. We just arrived to check into our room that we booked days prior and had a confirmation number for.To have them tell us they gave our room away and have no rooms left.We travelled 8 hours with 3 children under 10 to stay here.Disgusting customer service , what a joke.Now sitting outside In their parking with 3 children and no beds to lay their heads.Don’t by any means book here.
