Beautiful facility! All the staff we met have been very welcoming and friendly nurturing a very supportive workout environment. I had the pleasure of taking yoga classes with Holly and Sarah in their beautiful and clean studio space. There are so many yoga props to choose from for a very accessible practice for any body. I really enjoyed my time here I would recommend this gym if you live in the Ancaster area!

In my 20+ years as a personal trainer I've had the good fortune to work at a few different places and, from the very first time I walked in the door here, I noticed a distinct difference between Heron Creek and the others.Specifically, the welcoming atmosphere as well as the supportive staff and community here make it such a great place to spend my days. Never before have I seen owners so engaged with their community and who care so much about serving them to the best of their ability.If you're looking for an impersonal Globo-Gym feel then this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for a spacious facility and plenty of classes (both fitness and yoga) with staff and members that make up a community that genuinely cares about you, then you're going to love it here.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to offer a full review of the facilities as I was unable to get my foot in the door. I reached out to Heron Creek to inquire about their gym and services but wanted to know the prices before going into the gym. Despite being living nearby and being interested in making a long term commitment to a local facility, they refused to offer their prices without forcing me to come into the gym for a sales pitch. Wanting to know the price of a service in advance is not really an unreasonable ask in my opinion. Nevertheless, they refused to be transparent about their costs and instead implied there were other options if I was only interested in cost (which was not the case). Not a great way to treat new customers.

Very friendly welcoming local gym. It has everything you need no matter what type of workout you like. Heron Creek always has their members in mind with everything they do, and it shows. Highly highly recommend!

In these crazy times, Heron Creek is a real haven; the owners, the trainers, the staff, the equipment, are all as wonderful as ever, and the COVID-19 protocols are terrific ... staff are constantly disinfecting the whole place, and clients are being very careful to clean equipment before and after use; it's never crowded, has very high ceilings, and good air circulation, and bottom line is that I feel safer there than I do at the grocery store. Thanks to everyone for making it so.

Heron Creek is a beautiful community based yoga study. I love all the teachers, and that they offer classes for all different levels. It is so refreshing to do asanas with people of all ages, abilities and sizes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
