Very nice people with a great selection of nice vehicles. Shannon was very nice and helpful and wanted the best deal for me so I could ride off in a nice car. They met us at our budget and we’re extremely nice in the process.

Had a really good experience! Got the car I wanted! The car sales man I had Kolin recommend him. he was so nice and handled everything online over the phone really well. the process was quick quicker then I thought it was gonna be. had my new car within a week or so and it was delivered! And I thought that was really cool…definitely recommend gateway for a car!!

Was a great buying experience with Shawn. I have purchased 3 cars from Shawn so it was a easy decision. This dealership has been searching for a few months to get me exactly what I wanted and this weekend the truck I wanted was traded in. I was contacted on EASTER about the truck from Shawn and it was delivered to me yesterday! I was stuck at work and could not come into the office. Shawn picked up my trade in Hot Springs and then brought my truck to my house! I can say this dealership will treat you right from the management down to Shawn and his persistence not to give up with a customer that wanted a certain item!

I hate having to change reviews. Was a 5 star to a 1 star. Got a squeak less than a week after. They looked at it. Said it wasn't breaks. Sounds like it might be a drive shaft. Gonna take it to Marc's repair so it will get fixed. Just got a 2020 suv, and it needs a major repair. Would have been nice to know. I get service can't catch everything, but they dealership can make it right. They declined. The sales manager walked away when I was mid sentence. Didn't even off a discount on repair. Asked for the owner's contact information, and they said they don't have it.If you're looking for a great find, stop by Gateway and ask for Marcus. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he has and works to give the best options for you. Ken also explains th finance side very clearly and well while offering advice on how to best improve your scores. When your looking for a car. Stop here first. You won't regret it. I would not give this place a star, worst experience ever and I do not and will not recommend this place. 1st it was my tires and spending almost $400 and no sensors was put in, the owners son called and to make it right but never called back to make it right, then had my brakes replaced before winter and I go to change tires and I am missing parts for my brakes. I get better service watching YouTube then their mechanics who received their license out of a cheerio box, I hate to complain and give a bad review but this place is ridiculous

Had an amazing experience buying a vehicle . We got a good trade in value with our vehicle to be able to get into an even better vehicle and not walking off the lot with something we couldn’t afford . I recommend going through Gateway as long as you go through the right person . We went through Shannon and she was beyond amazing only person we will ever go through again when buying a vehicle . She cared about what we could afford and what we liked instead of the commission she got off a vehicle. When you put your customers before yourself that’s the best person to go through :D We 100% recommend Shannon and no one else She’s the best of the best
