I'm not even sure what ARO is... regardless; ARO is unprofessional and a waste of my time. I receive automated voicemails about a 'case' from them every couple of weeks. They leave no actual meaningful information. I've called back many times, have left messages, and I receive nothing back. They must be collecting data/information.

Aw, geez. Sorry I've missed all your calls, every day, like clockwork, for over a year. Don't know how it happened. Anywho, I've got your money. I'll leave it with your mom at her place. Just make sure you leave her a little something from me for the other night. The cost of some new bedsheets should be more than fair, considering the state we left them in.

I talked to a individual who was rude and arrogant and inflamed my sensibilities. I'm a 65 yr old man not some young pup starting out in life. Lack of Social skills was evident.

Calls literally everyday and leaves a voicemail looking for someone who is not even me. I called back letting them know a few times and I finally gave up. Beyond annoying.Buddy took your money and gave you the wrong number, figure it out.

Called everyday for 2 years. Asking for paperwork that doesn't exist after I call them out. The policy was changed. So I faxed the information they wanted. Tried to tell me I sent it to the wrong office. Because there are 2 burlington offices. Yet she after put me on hold to look for it. Then said she was working from home. Said she would call me back. But instead of finishing her job. She's now on vacation. Yet the last 2 year's they harassed me. Because it was soooo important

Worst experience to get anything done . I received a letter and had no idea where it came from since I never failed in any of my payments. It was informed that a charge plus interest was put on subscription fees from Costco that was charged on suspended credit card. Worst part was when I paid amount in full with interest I got another letter for another interest payment with no details on how to pay. It seems I keep paying interest since payment is always after the letter was issued.

They cannot call you everyday. Ask them to communicate in writing. Also ask for all the statements for the principle and interest. They can settle without Interest.

Some guy called me sounded like he ate to many pizzas in his life. Saying I owe 1600 but i dont have that he was super rude and they dont want to work with you. Saying my credit is ruined and no settlement. Okay it's already ruined my credit. You have 1.6k it would take me more then 6 months to save. I get 800 dollars every 2 weeks . So yea..... not happening cause you are inpatient. If you wanna give me a call there pizza eating man you know who I am.Zachary. Have a great day pizza man.

Calls me everyday looking for someone who is not meNo matter how many times I tell them that this is MY phone number not someone named Sky, then just dont listen.Its another greedy souless money grabber calling you. Ignor then until they are out of business.
