RBC Insurance

Absolutely HORRIBLE! You read bad reviews one after another.... No idea how these folks are in business. 3-5 hours on hold ,, YES, you read that right,, I didn't do it but that's what the recording said. ,, my jaw hit the floor... wow. They know people are jumping over each other to cancel as fast as possible. When I called another company and they offered me a better policy for literally 1/3 of what i was paying (at Rotten Bank Corp) ,, not even half , way Less than half the cost. Of course now RBC does everything possible to avoid contact cause they know my plan will auto renew if they don't talk to me ... LOL ,, really LOL.. I shall stop payment and then i dont care what happens ,, cancel my plan that i dont want to renew ,, if thats what it takes than I have no choice ,, have the cancellation on my record , I really dont care anymore. RBC is such a joke the other companies dont even take them seriously at this point. what a Laughing stock of a company. Just go away Rotten Bank Corp.. leave people alone already.

These people will say anything to get a policy

I cant give no stars but i would. They are using this working at home to there benefit. Just to make a policies they put me on hold for over an hour. Then the phone hung up on its own and they havent called me back. Extremely rude service. I have been insured for many years with them but now when i need there help they cant help me

Due to covid, I wasn't using my car for 4 months. Once you put your insurance back on, they will pro-rate your amount so you pay more.They're money grabbing and aren't accommodating at all. Plus, they charge $50 for parking your car in the garage! Customer Service is poor. I wouldn't recommend.

Worst policy ever, never take the repairs seriously.

Was insured with them for several years only to have my insurance cancelled because I failed to reply to a renewal application in the mail. I was a loyal customer for years and was cast aside. When I called them they showed no remorse just excuses. What ever happened to customer service?

I went to their insurance branch At Mississauga rd and Williams pkwy, cuz on google map it says it’s open from 9:30- 5pm, But when I reached there it was closed, our time is not a joke .
