651 Carpets - Elk River

Using 651 carpets was my worst experience. They did not cover my furniture and threw it in a pile like it was garbage.The install it self around my stairs was peicedtogether and looked awfully. They left pencil marks and glue marks all over the flooring. They cut out my baseboards and said it was like that. They smashed my flowers out side my door. They let my cat out and the next day they let my dog out.I complained to the floor installer, and he got in my face and said are you telling me my work is no good". I had called 651 carpets sales man and supervisor

It's been slightly over a year and I'm still resentful at how bad the whole job went. The boards are having issues already, and the floor didn't leveled out in time with whatever plaster/cement (no idea what it's actually called) they had used. Whatever it was, they dumped the leftover contents into the garden where it remained for nearly a year and they decided to use a pint glass from my cupboard to scoop the contents at some point because i I found it in the sink, encrusted with the same material and hardened to where it had to be tossed. Who does that?? The installers also took a broom, dustpan and bucket after failing to show up with their own and asked to borrow ours. Besides leaving the pile of material in the garden, they left dents/scrapes in the wall and trim. The stairs have gaps and the boards have fallen off multiple times. I absolutely regret using them for my flooring needs and would not recommend them to anyone I respect.

From our initial appointment with our sales rep Steve Shroyer to the install everything went as planned. Steve did a great job answering our questions regarding carpet types. We had our whole house get new carpet. We would recommend them.

The worst carpet company ever!!! Sure they have good deals but our salesman John v was the absolute worst. Told us to put a lower pile carpet in our hallway and a thicker carpet in our bedrooms off the hallway and he never mentioned to is that there was going to be a carpet line in every bedroom doorway.Next the installers literally ruined every baseboard in our house. We had 5 bedrooms done with our hallway and stairs.Every room is damaged, and our stairs have markings all over them. Not to mentioned we just painted every room in the house.Please do not consider this company what do ever. Our claims are in review right now, but from the other reviews on here, it doesn't seem like we will get anything for our house being destroyed.
