Emily, what else can I say other then a phenomenal employee! There hasn’t been a problem or question of mine she hasn’t been able to fix in record time! Whenever I have to get anything insurance wise, I walk straight over to Emily! Truly wonderful!

I had been waiting over 60 days for my BC services card to come in the mail so I went in to ask about it to see if they knew anything of its status. The girl working told me that it was marked as “returned to sender” and that I needed to request a new card. So I got a new photo taken and she put in a request for a new card.3 days later my original BC services card showed up on the mail but it is marked no longer valid because I had requested a replacement.So not only did I wait over 60 days for my card to come in the mail (not their fault) but I have now been waiting another 6 weeks for a “replacement card” that I didn’t even need.Very frustrating and disappointing because I need this card to apply for a license I need to start work and now am delayed even further.

Lisa and Lani at the Pemberton branch are amazing. They were both very helpful and friendly as well as fast. I think these two wonderful women are the best at what they do and I will definitely be returning to them for all my insurance needs. Thank you Lisa and Lani

Lisa at the Pemberton Office would get 6 stars if possible. The level of service and professionalism she provided in helping me, was greatly appreciated. With her knowledge and experience, she is able to provide the answers to any questions you may have. Lisa made the task of getting insurance easy, and I left her office knowing I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Hela saved the day!! Thank you so much for staying later on your Friday to help us finish paperwork. We really appreciated your kindness and great service. I was almost stuck with my truck without insurance as the other employee Lani refused to work 1 minute over. She actually told us it was our problem that we ran out of time and she wasn’t going to help us anymore, then ran out the back door. Once we got some real help we discovered Lani had us filling out incorrect paperwork and after only a few more minutes we were all sorted. Thanks again Westland and Hela for caring. I’ve always had great service here so I’m keeping it at 5 stars. If this review were only for Lani it would have been zero stars. Employees should not discuss their drug habits to public while at work..
