Great experience ! Highly recommend ! Colton was fantastic from the first call. He fit me into his busy schedule at the start spring and had me back on the water quickly. I have a 1998 GTX LTD that bombardier stopped making some of the parts I needed that forced me to search for used. Colton located the parts on eBay and recommended some sellers who could provide the used parts (oil injection cable and driveshaft). He provided fast and courteous service and kept me well informed of all of the work that needed to be completed. His quote was accurate to the final bill. In fact, it ended up a few hundred dollars less that what he initially said! Now that’s honesty! These guys are great and I’ll definitely be back to service my PWC’s and boat. I’m glad I found them and if you are in need of service I highly recommend. Thanks Colton.

This so called professional sold me hull parts he wanted cash for the parts which I’m my option were way over priced .The parts he sold me did not fit,I called him back and he refused to take them back telling me I didn’t have an invoice. I do NOT recommend anybody to do business with him I wouldn’t take my wheel barrow to his shop. He also inflated the price after I drove a long way to pick up these parts. Beware this guy is a crook !!!

I purchased a used as is" PWC trailer from Big League Powersports. The sale process was smooth for me as a buyer. I ran into a small issue with the trailer after my purchase that I brought to their attention. Big League Powersports acknowledged the issue and addressed it professionally and promptly. The customer service was top notch which is hard to find these days. I will continue to use Big League Powersports services in the future. Recommended!"

Fantastic service ! Most places had weeks backed up to get repairs on seadoo done at peak summer season. From description of problem Colton figured what was wrong on first call. And got me back in the water in 2 days ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Great experience at Big League Powersports! Colton walked us through the purchase of a preowned SeaDoo Sportster clearly and patiently, as he knew we’ve never operated one. He made sure it is in great shape, gave us confidence and support. We’ll be sticking with him in the future.

Spoke on the phone before I dropped off my machine and got a quote of $160. Picked it up and he tripled the bill adding code clearing and diagnosis charges. Machine still had a fault code when I picked it up. When questioned he said my flywheel or the sensor attached to the flywheel was faulty and advised to have the engine removed to fix the problem. I took it somewhere else. It was just a simple repair to the receptor and was charged $200 to repair it.I will not be recommending this place.

Amazing place and people to deal with, I had an issue with my seadoo Intermittently not starting. I called Big League for help and while Colton was on vacation he spent 45min with me going over some diagnostics and we were able to isolate the problem, he arranged for his team to see me the same day to do the replacement. I have never experience such great customer service and these guys are really knowledgeable. I have found a new trusted shop to take my watercraft to. Labour and cost of the part were also reasonable so can't say enough about how they went above and bejoy to save my family vacation. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!

I brought my RXPX in because I was having some starter issues. Big League was great about a safe drop off during all this covid mess. He was really flexible since I couldn’t get out there until late on a Thursday. He made sure to call me with updates so I knew what was going on with the machine and what needed to be fixed. I was skeptical because the last place I took it to quoted me high and listed a bunch of things that could be wrong but Big League was a straight shooter and problem solved to make sure he wasn’t adding on extra expenses. I got my machine back in a few days and it’s run great ever since! He even offered to water test it to make sure there were no other issues. Super impressed with the turnaround time and the great communication. He didn’t just fix it, he explained what was wrong and why it wasn’t working, then got me back out on the water real quick. Great experience, highly recommend! I’ll be doing my winterizations and future repairs here for sure!
