Slater's First Class Meats
A friend of mine who had years of experience in the restaurant industry was sourcing meat for our wedding and chose Slater's because of their excellent communication and service. I have been going there since. Geoff and Aaron are awesome. They have the best bacon going and are the only butcher in town whose sausages aren't oversalted,. Nice selection of cheeses and charcuterie, and occasionally they'll get some fallow venison in for special order.

I recently stumbled across this local butcher and I have to say I’m so glad that I did. Geoff and Aaron are both such great guys and they really know their stuff. When you walk in the door it’s clear that their customer service is second to none. Slater’s is now my go to butcher for everything meat related. Thank you guys for the exceptional experience!!

Best butcher shop in the city. The staff are knowledgeable and the products are top notch. They also have a nice selection of frozen goods as well as spices/rubs/oils and other little delicious things. Drop by and treat yourself and I promise the attitude of the staff will turn you into a regular.

This is a solid butcher shop with a wide variety of good, high-quality meats and perfect prices. In addition to your standard selection they also carry wagyu beef, gator and other unusual treats! They are my go-to butcher shop and will continue being so for a long time.
