The customer service I received from Comox Harbour Charters was beyond amazing! Duncan, the owner, is super kind and helpful and made my idea for a tour come to life! I highly recommend going on a tour with them if you're ever in the Comox Valley!

Duncan and Dave did a great job of giving our family a morning on the water. They listened carefully to what we wanted, and then made sure it happened. From taking photos of us to identifying the various islands and points of geography, they both put extra effort into making our family trip a success. There were also chilled drinks and fresh figs- a nice touch.Thanks for some great memories!

Comox Harbour Charters responded quickly and helpfully when we were looking for an excursion for our small family. We'd recommend contacting them if you have a group of up to 12 people for day cruising in the Comox area.

We had an amazing day on the water with Duncan and Malcum. They are so kind, fun and accommodating. The scenery was breathtaking and we went swimming off the boat, it was fantastic.This boat is also perfect for groups and families.We can't wait for our next adventure and could not recommend this experience enough!!

Duncan was extremely helpful in answering my questions before booking a charter. Duncan is very in tune with what whales are in the area and has excellent networking contacts for the surrounding area, so if Duncan can’t help you he will refer others who might be able to :-) Excellent customer service!

My husband, Steve, and I, along with our two teen-age grandsons had an amazing tour this past Saturday! The sun was shining and the water was like glass. Captain Duncan and his assistant, Ray, were wonderful and felt like old friends by the time we came back. The boys can't wait for next time~! 5 stars!
