I wish there was zero stars to give!!I called to advise your company that my child is not well and as such I will not need the school bus. The operator - Monique Campbell was not only dismissive but extremely rude. She hang up on me twice and told me she had no time for this shortly after I gave her my route number.She said is a angry tone, your route number has changed".I was not made aware of this

Terrible school bus driver. They have a bus driver name Joti who has no manners, has zero sympathy for special need children and no respect for seniors. I wish I could give them zero rating.
