New District Wine Beer Spirits

My go-to liquor store. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The selection of BC wines and beer never disappoints either.

They served an extremely intoxicated woman my buddy witnessed the whole thing and called the cops.

Awesome craft beer selection. You can mix and match to make your own 4 packs and they have a loyalty program. Always stop to see the massive singles selection when in the area.

Went in and asked where they keep their domestic beer. When they asked me for my ID I said I didn’t have it on me. Instead of asking me to leave they threw empties at me. Very disappointed.

The staff are absolutely amazing! They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and they always give great recommendations for new things to try! They have a great selection of pretty much anything you want, and plenty of covid measures in place. This is my favourite liquor store in Vancouver.

Good and unique selections of wine. I found it a bit off putting to have a tip requested on the Credit Card machine upon paying. Tipping now extends to buying wine it seems.

Really great staff, especially Oak. They didn’t have the wine I wanted so she recommended me another one based on what I wanted taste wise, not price wise. She was friendly and professional. Definitely my new favourite liquor store

Wow, what a great wine selection from a humble fifteen bucks to several hundred per bottle. These guys really have a good nose for the wines. They even let dogs in and bribe them with treats and a water bowl. I guess for the average buyer say upto sixty bucks a bottle this is the place. Hopefully Jim Patterson wine Group don't buy them out so they can sell wine at the Save on Foods store around the corner. Highly recommend this place

Sometimes I leave short reviews and sometimes I put in the extra effort. This place deserves the extra effort. I've been to this store a few times and should probably finally jump on the great points program they have. This is much more than just a wine store. They have a great spirits selection and one of the best craft single can beer offerings in Vancouver. I was in the other day and was pleasantly greeted as I walked in by a number of staff who were laughing and chatting amongst themselves. I felt a good energy immediately, as I had on previous visits. I was shortly approached by a tall young man who looked to be a manager asking if I needed help finding anything. I asked for recommendations on beer as the selection was so large. He went into detailed explanations about several styles, breweries and options and I ended up leaving with almost 3x what Intended to purchase. I swear he must have tried every beer in that fridge. To say I was impressed is an understatement. At the till I was helped by a very nice guy with hair straight from the 80's! We had a nice exchange and laughed and I left with a smile on my face and WAY more beer than I expected. 100% will return to this amazing liquor store! Next time I'm in the area I will come to stock up on wine!

If I could rate as zero I would. I am a 35 year old woman who went to the store with my father in his 70's. My dad wanted to buy a few bottles of wine and they refused to sell it to him because I didn't have my id on me. I am 35 years old and I wasn't even buying the wine. To make matters worse they told my dad that they couldn't sell him any liquor for 24 hours! Just because he walked into the store with his 35 year old daughter! Absolutely ridiculous. I have told many people about my experience and you have definitely lost customers over this horrendous display of customer service or total lack thereof.
