Worst clinic ever, you feel like a number to them. The receptionists at all locations never get back to you, and you'll have a hard time reaching them. The Dr says one thing the nurses say another thing. Came to book an appointment the dr recommended and the receptionist had no idea what to book and told me she will call me back and still havent recieved a phone call. Wrong treatments have been recommended, the list can go on.I have friends who go to other clinics and they have such a good experience. Some nurses who I dealt with were super nice but unfortunately the receptionist and the dr not so much.Wont be coming back here anymore, waste of our time which is very unfortunate.

Visited this clinic as a patient for over a year. Bad customer service. Cannot ever get a hold of anyone on the phone. Only spoke with my main doctor, Dr. Soliman, once over the phone otherwise it is always his nurses. You are treated as a number and never explained why your treatments work or don't work. It is a money grab. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Lida is by far the best technician i've ever had in my life give me a needle. I hate them to say the least and she makes me feel super comfortable and take all the time i need. I only ever want her taking my blood. Super friendly staff

Update 4/5:The services are improving. No delay for the appointments in general (except Day 3 full bladder exam always rus late, not sure why). Blood work lady asks me to check the labels. Good thing is it's easier to schedule appointments here for the time you want.It would be even better if I can get 2 calls for results, one for ultrasound and one for blood work. Right now standard is only phone call for ultrasound and no call for blood unless something goes wrong.Initial review 2/5:The waiting area is big and nice at the RH location. But the logistics and the flow is less than ideal. I had to do full bladder ultrasound but the appointment ran 20 mins late. It was so uncomfortable waiting with full bladder and no one seemed to care. The lady who did the blood work only asked your first name once, did not ask DOB, only asked you to answer yes/no at RH location. (The Scarborough location asks name, DOB, and show you the label to confirm). After blood work, there is no ice packs available at RH location (because I have bruises so badly after the bloodwork so ice packs can help making next bloodwork easier and Scarborough location has that provided.) I didn't get the call back from the nurse for the bloodwork before they closed that day but I needed the call to start the medication. I had to email and voicemail after hours. Finally a doctor called me back on the same day. I never experienced that at the Scarborough location. The call was always made in time within clinic hour at Scarborough.

I think this location has only 2 doctors who are off most of days (probably works for other clinic?) The receptionist and staff are very friendly and kind. I've been currently with the female doctor(Dr. Cheng) and a few different nurses, and, I've met Dr. Cheng twice, but I'm not satisfied with her appointments. There are lack of directions and advice. She seems to have no encouragement, care, analysis, interest to clients, which makes me disappointed. I hope she thinks and understands why clients visit this clinic. I wouldn't recommend her! I would visit other clinic if I can find a better doctor close to me.

I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist, blood work technician and ultrasound technician were always so friendly. And I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointments. I am thankful for the frequent check ups, ultrasound and blood work they asked me to do. As a first time pregnant mom, it helped reassure me that I was on the right path! Thank you!

Waiting outside the building more than one hour after the appointment time! Worst service and unprofessional attitude!

I started my experience with NewLifeFertility on April 2022. I've done 3 cycle monitoring and 2 IUI here and am now 17 weeks pregnant. Overall I am happy with this clinic and especially grateful to Dr. Faruqi and his team.The Richmond Hill location: Staffs I've interacted with are professional and polite. Vitoria (Reception) is friendly and efficient. I don't get the names of the technician for blood draw and ultrasound, but they are experienced and professional that I don't have bad experience there. The evinroment is quiet and clean. I am happy that I have this convinient loacation to acess to, visits every other day is very demanding if the trip is long. My appointments were mostly smooth without wait time. Except the first IUI wasn't booked through so had to wait for one more hour because it was booked the same day. My work was barely impacted because of the time and location.Other locations: I did have to visit Milton location for Hysterosalpingography and Missisaga for the 2nd IUI due to doctor/nurse availablity. A bit wait in Milton and Missisaga is much larger and busier location. It wasn't bad experience overall.Booking appointments: I sent emails or left messages if the phone did not get through and usually would get callback on the second day. So I would suggest be patient if you can't get through the phone immediately.Management: I wasn't happy with the first doctor assigned to me, who was not communicating much with me. I am really not happy that I got a call from the nurst that the doct prescribed doxycline the very next day after my first IUI. If they know the result already, I don't mind to be treated first and then do the IUI. I immediately contacted the manager through email about my concerns and requested to switch doctor, as I like the convinience and the experience in other than this. I got replied the next day and Dr. Faruqi was assigned to me after. So I would suggest you try to communicate with manager about any issues first.Trying to get pregnant is a difficult journey, and I feel lucky that I was able to get through and had new life to help me.
