Had a great time and experience at the Salon with Jello as she recovered my dry and old bleached hair to colourful smooth hair with some volume in time for my graduation! She was very friendly and gave a lot of guidance along the way, making sure I understand the process and details to help me make informed decisions. I did a balayage, bond + caviar treatment. I think the treatments gave my bleached hair a lot of smoothing and shine! Will recommend! <3 <3 <3

Barrier to entry here. It was a struggle to get someone to call for a consult. A struggle to book an appointment. Maybe she didn't understand but surely she has made appointments before. If you can't get passed making an appointment and it has taken longer than 15 minutes for the second time, just don't go. There may be issues once you get there.

I am from US. I visited Vancouver three years ago and at that time dyed my hair at Jas’s old salon and it was so good so I kept her contact! This time when I come to Van again, I contact Jas and here I am, at her new Salon! I have to say Jas really has the sense of color. I want “the warm tone color, chestnut and with a shade of pink”. She does a perfect job! Part of my hair has been bleached, the color on that part is defiantly pink shade; all other hair looks warm and chestnut brown, and two colors blend so well. I love my new hair color so much!

service is very good. Jasmine is very professional for every hair coloring and haircut. I am very satisfied every time.The manicurist is also very good and patient. The details of the nails are handled very well. The beauty of the nails cannot be seen in the photos.

The staff are knowledgeable and professsional. Salon is in a great location in Richmond and very clean.My favourite stylist is Jasmine. She is extremely talented with hair colour, styling, and cuts. Highly recommend. My hair always turns out better than I requested. Thank you HOC!

Amazing place for enjoying a haircut service. Jas has been my hairstylist for over 10 years. It’s rather an experience of getting a quality service than just a haircut. Place is nice and clean. Staff are nice and professional.
