Canadian Tire

Drove up to get a generator ,they had 2 in stock .when we showed them our raincheck from another Canadian Tire store ,they told us they only sell to rainchecks from their store .What a dumb policy as I've received rainchecks that I've never gone back for !So really they should say they don't have any in stock ,since they won't sell them to anyone that didn't pre-order. Turned away a customer with cash on hand to wait for people that probably went elsewhere .Dumb business practice

I love Canadian Tire as a store. Always find what I need. The staff however, (when you do find them) are not very friendly.

These mechanics are not to be trusted I brought my 2500 ram in for new tires expecting to keep the old tires as they were still in good shape.They completely shredded the inside of my old tires down to the wire.Failed to put my old dust caps back on and requested I do a wheel alignment which they were incapable of doing.Then after everything told me my lower ball joints were no good and told me they were pulling on them and they felt lose and trying to say it would cost 1600 to change them.I then told them it was just changed in May and safetied this month. They said maybe it was missed. That it was not safe to drive.So I brought it to my local specialist who safetied it to find out they are still good and fine and got it aligned. Which cost me an additional 113 from another mechanic to find out.I guess it's better than wasting 1600 plus hst for no reason.These mechanics should be reavaluated as they are not properly educated to handle vehicles especially something like a large pick up truck.I hope to get some kind of feed back from a manager as my previous tires are wrecked and I will not take my truck back to them.Beware your vehicle is your safety on the road.

Great product line! Store always full. Automotive service phenomenal as always. I only bring my car here. Price is fair. Mike the Technician is always great! Erin the manager great as well.

Are always very friendly and knowledgeable

Have visited this location multiple times and let down each time. Some employees don’t bother checking stock in the back if it’s not on the shelf. Other locations like Prescott and Cornwall do and many times it is sitting in the back waiting to be stocked! In past, Auto department has broken a part on my vehicle and didn’t replace it. Definitely recommend hitting up Prescott instead and finding another place for auto service!

The Manager Brian and all his staff went above and beyond to help me purchase and get a water softener home....thanks so much everyone...you made my day alot easier
