3.5 starsThis location is recently renovated and has a huge parking lot and right behind the Esso/ Circle K.There is a huge lot with convenient entrance/ exits.The staff here are very friendly and do try their best to provide you what you want.The only negative is the entrance/ exit with sit down service can get quite congested. There needs to be better placement of hand sanitizer dispenser along with notices for social distancing

Drive thru service wasn't great. Had to repeat order 3 times and they still got the order wrong. Breakfast sandwiche was barely toasted when we asked for well toasted

EDIT: Green tomatoes on a bagel that was missing the bacon I ordered, and paid for, and a boston cream donut without any chocolate because they tossed into a bag and not a container. Nobody orders a donut in a bag lined with chocolate, right!?With the complete order sitting on the ledge of the drive-thru window, the employee finished the debit payment with us, then left to carry out other tasks without completing our transaction. No wonder this drive-thru is always long :(Plan for a 15 minute wait at this location's drive-thru.If they put as much care and effort into their food and services as they do for the profits for the owner, this location wouldn't have a 3.6 rating on Google Reviews.

Very slow service, donuts left out on customer counters. Bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. Atmosphere is not very inviting.

Toilet paper is not provided in time after it is run out of the usage. The washroom is not cleaned well, and the smell is bad.

This morning I sat in line at the Tim's for a full 16 minutes. When I finally got to the window I was asked what I had ordered. I told them and they looked around and said we don't have your order". At the order station I gave them my order

I asked for a well toasted bagel, they gave me a well toasted bagel. You might not believe just how hard it is to obtain that. I would come back here anytime. The girl suggested to the sandwich maker to slow the toaster down, just as I would when I worked there. No one else seems to get that. Thank you for getting this right for me!
