Customer service is garbage they all need to be fired .... employees closing shift on Tuesday nite unbelievable how they let them work in this beautiful place the employees they forgot that us customers we are paying them the employee with glasses she is horrible we are not going back and we don't recommend anyone for this place dollar store is million times than this place

Double check your balloon ties! We no sooner had our daughter’s 5th birthday large balloon filled with helium that we walked outside to the car and the string on it wasn’t tied properly and my husband was left holding the string while the balloon disappeared into the sky. Not happy - if you want something done properly, do it yourself I guess. One unhappy kid.

April 2023I love this place for party accessories. I often buy balloon bouquets which are reasonably priced, and fast to get made up.But I have also purchased tableware, and banners for birthdays.This store has everything that you will ever need for a party or event.

The staffs are all very friendly. However, the helium balloons I purchased at 1pm on Friday starting dying at 7pm same night. Today (Saturday), the balloons are on the ground as of 8am. If you need balloons, do not get it the day before. And this is for both latex and foil balloon. In contrast, the 3 other foil balloons I got from dollar tree is still in perfect condition. Premium price does not equal better quality :(

Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend. I don’t ever like leaving reviews. But after today, I will never give this place my business again.They popped my balloon after pay 12$ x2 for helium. And when I asked them what they can do for me he said nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and the one that popped the balloon, was the manager. I ended up having to pay for a new balloon. All he could offer as discount for popping the balloon was 15% off.

Good place for party supplies, but it is too expensive for simple things. I bought little candles for my daughter's cake for $3.99 and I found them later at Dollarama for $1.25

Unfriendly staff and basically ripping people off with balloons. 13$ a balloon when toys r us only changes 4$ a balloon and will blow up outside balloons not from their store. Don't go here to get balloons made. Go to toys r us. You will save 40$. It was pretty scummy.

If you are looking for rude & unprofessional customer service, then look no further than the Party City in Orleans. We went to pick up a female chucky costume for my wife and as you can see in the provided picture below, the costume is supposed to come with the overalls & mask. This sign is posted in store on their costume wall. I asked to speak to the supervisor Danika to see if we could get a price adjustment considering that they were not providing the mask (as advertised) and she simply said NO" that "The costume does not come with the mask" and continued to say "It never did". Years of selling this costume and not a single staff member decided to take a simple permanent marker and scratch it out. I asked to speak to the manager as it does not make sense to pay full price for a costume that is not being provided in full. She simply said to call in on Monday and speak to him but "I'm not making a price adjustment today". Here's the real kicker
