I'm from Ontario, and I'll be frank: this is the best Goodlife gym I've ever used. Absolutely awesome floor layout and machine selection. Dream gym comes to mind... Was here for a night workout, and Dalia made sure my visit was perfect. She was great to deal with, and made getting a visitor pass hastle-free! Keep up the good work Dalia, and the rest of the team!

This gym is really nice, good equipment, some broken and being repaired (however). This place has really good light lighting, staff are very friendly and helpful. The sauna is not that good, it turns on and off so much it doesn't get a chance to stay hot enough. The massage chairs are really awesome, nice touch there guys. Overall If I had the money I would likely buy a membership here.

I was at GoodLife over at Center Mall. My rate was 399$ cause I’m an army vet. I go to review and the price went up to over 600. They also used to happy welcoming workers in front. Now Sarah was fired and AIMIE quit. And the wonderful Stevie is gone. Sigh. Off to Motion for 399$

I joined GoodLife about 3 weeks ago, I signed up for 7 personal training sessions with Landon to get me starting on how to use equipment and proper stretching, he did exactly what I asked for and more couldn’t be more happy with the service I received. There is a lot of room at this gym I have never waited to use a piece of equipment yet, they seem to have equipment fixed pretty quick I see a maintenance person in there everyday working on machines. The staff is really friendly and greet me by name, I am happy at good life I get done what I need too.

My favourite place. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The facility is clean. The amenities are up and running properly. These people care about your fitness and your experience. Best gym in Saskatchewan hands down.

The gym is okay, but i am noticing something very peculiar about this place. We go to the gym to feel stress-free and happy, BUT in this place, half of the TVs are constantly playing News channels, and it gets very stressful to even look at the screens. Please stop the news channels and play something more motivational.It's even worse in the change room, all the TVs constantly bombard with the news, and it's hard to even stay inside the change room for more than a minute.
